Delivery and Payment   
  
You receive a confirmation by E-mail when you order. Hereby you accept our conditions for delivery and payment. You must first pay for your order before your purchase is sent. The amount is listed on the confirmation. The costs for overseas delivery are dependent on the weight of the package and the destination country.

We will notify via email of the costs and the payment details. The order will be sent to you directly upon receipt of the amount by us. Your order will be delivered a couple of work days later. 

The models displayed on our site are articles that are in stock. Should an article be unexpectedly sold out, you will receive notice of this. We shall also notify you of the expected delivery time. All our deliveries are sold according to the general conditions.

VIEWING AND ORDERING:
Select an article group from the left navigation bar, and click on a type or article. On the right, you will see one or more articles that can be selected. Click on the photo for a larger display. You can also see the search function on the left. Choose from article number, product description and product detail info. For product description, fill in the model or type of vehicle, e.g. Audi or Coupe. Under coupe you see all the models with coupe in the name. You can then click on model name, e.g. Audi, and you see all the Audi coupe models. Under product detail info, you can specify the manufacturer of a model, e.g. Bburago or Revell. You can also, if shown, specify a manufacture year, e.g. 1937. To order an article, click on "order". You first see a larger display. Fill in how many articles you want and, if available, choose from the options.

When you click on "order" the article will be placed in your "shopping cart". Click on "order overview" to check your order. Here you can change the quantity of the selected article, or remove it. Click on "pay" to complete the order. Fill in your details, read the purchase conditions, and click on "send" to send your order.

CONFIRMATION:
Your order confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail with a unique Internet Order Number (ION).

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

HOW OUR WEBSITE WORKS.
Our website works on the basis of "cookies"; your details are saved on your own system, no client information will be transferred during "shopping". When you send an order, all information about name, address and order is erased. All information is also erased when you renew your browser while "shopping". The order is sent by E-mail based on the principle of an application form.
